Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Manovaha Foundation, we follow a value-based, emotionally driven model where you contribute what you feel the service was worth — with no fixed pricing or obligation.
While we encourage conscious giving and do not expect refunds, we understand the importance of clarity and trust when it comes to financial contributions.
1. Refunds
We allow refunds under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payments
If you’ve unintentionally paid twice. write to us within 72 hours and we will initiate a refund of the extra amount. - Missed Consultation Due to Doctor Unavailability
If your confirmed booking was canceled from our end (e.g., doctor unwell or emergency) and you had already made a contribution, we will refund or reschedule — as per your choice. - Genuine Dissatisfaction (within reason)
If you felt significantly dissatisfied with your experience and request a refund within 3 days, we will review it case-by-case with empathy and initiate partial/full refund wherever justified.Note: Because our practitioners are paid from your contribution almost immediately, refunding after the fact may involve processing delays or limits.
2. Cancellations (By Patients)
We offer complete flexibility in bookings. However:
- Please try to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance
- If canceled late or missed entirely without informing, your slot is marked as used and any pre-paid amount may not be refunded
We trust your understanding that our doctors block that time exclusively for you, often foregoing other engagements.
3. For Donations
Donations made voluntarily are non-refundable, as they’re directed toward our social good projects and operations.
However, if a mistake is made in the donation amount or the donor enters wrong details, they may contact us within 72 hours for resolution.
You will still receive 80G receipts if the donation was valid and verifiable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please WhatsApp/email us with:
- Payment receipt / reference
- Date and time of payment
- Reason for refund request
- Your full name and WhatsApp number
Refund processing time:
Up to 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
We believe healing is sacred. Every rupee is valued and used for service and sustainability. We trust you to decide when a refund is fair and we commit to treating every request with compassion and clarity.
