Welcome to Manovaha Foundation — a place where healing meets dignity and service blossoms through heartfelt contributions.

By using our website, availing our services or donating through our platform, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure transparency, trust and mutual respect.

1. Who We Are

Manovaha Foundation is a Section 8 (Not-for-Profit) company, registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

2. Nature of Services

We offer:

  • Online Ayurveda Consultations 
  • Personalized Yoga Therapy Sessions
  • Group Yoga/Health Awareness Events
  • Lifestyle Correction & Preventive Wellness Guidance 
  • Educational Wellness Workshops 
  • Free Yoga via YouTube live under “Yogalaya” 
  • Pay-what-you-feel model 

Services are offered on goodwill, guided by ethical healing principles and backed by responsible practices.

3. How Payments Work

We follow a “You Decide the Value of Healing” model for services — not fixed charges.

  • For booking appointment we need a small contribution of Rs11/-, for technical requirements and to avoid spamming.
  • You may contribute any amount after your consultation or session. ₹1 is also acceptable. 
  • This contribution is termed as service fee, not donation. 
  • A normal service receipt is issued for accounting, not for tax exemption. 
  • Doctors receive 90% of your contribution; 10% goes to the Foundation for sustainability. 

Separately, you may voluntarily donate to the foundation via the “Support Our Work” page.

  • These are treated as donations. 
  • 80G receipts can be issued for eligible contributions above.

     

4. Use of the Website

By using the website, you agree:

  • To not exploit, copy, or reproduce any part of the website for commercial purposes. 
  • To not impersonate or misrepresent yourself when booking or donating. 
  • To respect the ethical spirit of the platform. 
  • To not post offensive or harmful comments anywhere on the website.

     

5. Booking, Cancellations & Communication

  • Consultation slots are confirmed only after doctor acceptance. 
  • Notifications are sent via WhatsApp & email. 
  • You may cancel or reschedule anytime before the consultation begins. 
  • Emergency or last-minute requests can be managed on case-by-case basis. 
  • WhatsApp is our primary communication channel.

     

6. Medical Disclaimer

  • All Ayurveda & Yoga services are offered under qualified doctors, but not as emergency care. 
  • We do not replace allopathic emergency intervention or hospital-based services. 
  • We do not guarantee outcomes — your results depend on your commitment to the suggested lifestyle.

     

7. Our Rights

  • We may modify or suspend services without notice. 
  • We may remove users who misuse the platform. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any booking or donation in rare cases of misuse or fraud.

     

8. Limitation of Liability

Manovaha Foundation or its practitioners shall not be held liable for:

  • Any adverse effect due to non-compliance with advice 
  • Any technological disruptions in teleconsultation 
  • Any external website links or medicine platform issues

     

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed under Indian law.
