  • WhatsApp Number (required for consultation and communication)
  • Location (optional)
  • Health Concerns / Medical History (only when voluntarily shared for Ayurvedic or Yoga consultations)
  • Consultation Notes and Prescriptions (stored securely, accessible only to your doctor and admin team)
  • Payment Confirmation Details (only amount, date, and mode — never your card or bank data)
  • Donation Details (for issuing 80G receipts, if PAN is shared)

We do not collect passwords, Aadhar or sensitive identity information unless legally required for tax purposes.

2. Why We Collect It

We collect your data to:

  • Enable smooth appointment bookings
  • Understand your health context for better service
  • Communicate with you over WhatsApp/SMS/email
  • Issue receipts for donations
  • Provide reminders for follow-ups
  • Improve our services based on anonymous patterns

3. How We Store and Use Your Data

  • All data is stored securely, with limited access to authorized medical and admin staff.
  • Your case history may be used (with name and identity removed) to improve care or create anonymized health patterns that support Ayurveda and Yoga education.
  • We never sell, trade or misuse your data.

4. WhatsApp/email as a Primary Channel

  • Send appointment confirmations
  • Deliver follow-up reminders
  • Share prescription PDFs
  • Notify about health content and live sessions

5. Use of Third-Party Services

We may integrate secure third-party tools like:

  • Google Calendar for doctor scheduling
  • Razorpay / UPI for payments and donation gateways
  • Mailchimp / WhatsApp API for updates and communication

These services are used only to deliver our services better. They follow their own privacy standards in line with Indian regulations.

6. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent Google user data to third parties.
We may share Google user data only in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We may provide access to trusted service providers (such as hosting providers, payment processors or communication tools) solely to perform services on our behalf. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use the data for any other purpose.

  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose Google user data if required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

  • With User Consent: We may share Google user data with other parties if you have given us explicit consent to do so.

If you choose to donate:

  • You share your PAN and email to get 80G tax exemption certificates.
  • Your donation details are never shared publicly.
  • You will receive receipts and acknowledgments over WhatsApp and/or email.

  • Request deletion of your records (except where required for tax compliance)
  • Stop receiving WhatsApp or email communication
  • Opt out of any service without loss of access to others
